Anyway, it's a great book and really encourages me to reinforce a disciplined system in my thinking. "What my review is about: This will not be a match review, where I will attempt to scientifically compare the different editions. This chunky volume has nearly 650 pages filled with great information on how to play positional chess. He's the best chess author out there in my opinion. How to Reassess Your Chess has long been considered a modern classic. The Fourth edition just came out and I cant wait to get it. Positional Move: Improving the "activity" of my own peaces and reduce the "activity" of my opponents pieces and get this way better "chances" to win. I'm reading the 3rd edition of Reassess Your Chess. I've been reading Silman's Reassess Your Chess and Endgame Course. I didn't realise there was a large amount that had changed for the 4th. The Reassess Your Chess book series by Jeremy Silman has really helped me out.
